NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated March 19, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-011474 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2005-HE1, Plaintiff and Quazi K. Hossain and Bibi K. Begum, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 8, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 22, LESS THE WEST 8 FEET THEREOF, AND THE WEST 17 FEET OF LOT 23, CAMELOT PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
