Regina are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 7, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF APARTMENT NO. 8, B 12 BUILDING, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM UNIT 16, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 25 AND IN O.R. BOOK 3576, PAGES 785 THROUGH 809 AND AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 5502, PAGE 282, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. BEING ALSO DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: APARTMENT NO. 8, “G” SOUTHEAST WING, BUILDING B-12 OF ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM UNIT 16, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM UNIT 16 AS RECORDED IN THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 25 AND IN O.R. BOOK 3576, PAGES 785 THROUGH 809 AND AMENDED IN O.R.
BOOK 5502, PAGE 282, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
