NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 7th day of May, 2013, at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 19, Block D, YACHT CLUB ESTATES UNIT 3, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 57, Pages 37 and 38, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
