NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated March 8, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-007120 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Indenture Trustee of the HomeBanc Mortgage Trust 2005-3, Plaintiff and Todd L. Moerchen a/k/a Todd Moerchen and Lisa H. Moerchen a/k/a Lisa Moerchen, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 10, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 14-102, THE WATERFORD AT PALM HARBOR, A LUXURY CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14071, PAGE 2149, AND FILED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 135, PAGE 46, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
