NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 9, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-012288 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PNC Bank, National Association, Successor by Merger to National City Bank, Successor by Merger to National City Mortgage Co. d/b/a Accubanc Mortgage, Plaintiff and Joan Flynn are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 29, 30, 31 AND THE SOUTHERLY 22 FEET OF LOT 32, BLOCK C, OF OAKLAND SUBDIVISION NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 34 OF THE CURRENT RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
