NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 26, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 10-009602-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARY OF THE GONZALEZ FAMILY LAND TRUST #5658, DATED MARCH 13, 2006; DIANA GONZALEZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; HOMESTEAD RENOVATIONS LLC; TENANT #1 N/K/A ANDREW HUDSON; TENANT #2 N/K/A WHITTANY SHACKLEFORD are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 05/01/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
