REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

SEALED PROPOSALS will be received by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office to provide Physicians, Mid-Level Practitioners, and related Ancillary Staffing Services at the Pinellas County Jail until 2:00 p.m. EST., June 5, 2013. A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on May 1, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. EST. Submittals must be sealed and marked “Request For Proposal No. 13-05 and the closing date”. Proposal specifications, forms and instructions may be obtained in the Purchasing Division, 13770 Automobile Blvd., Clearwater, FL 33762 or at the Sheriff's Office web site at http://www.pcsoweb.com/Bids/.
