apartment no. 20, according to the floor plan which is part of the plat plan and survey which are exhibit “B” to the declaration, restrictions, covenants, conditions and easements, park lake townhouses, inc., a condominium recorded in official records book 2061, page 335, and amendments thereto as recorded in official records book 2134, page 247, and official records book 2171, page 760, public records of orange county, florida, and exhibits to the aforesaid declaration recorded in condominium exhibit 1, page 34, condominium exhibit book 1, pages 63 and 64, of the public records of orange county, florida, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements parked exhibit “A” thereof.
and commonly known as: 838 park lake cir unit 20, maitland, fl 32751; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on June 3, 2013 at 11 AM
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
