NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on Civil Case No.: 48-2012-CA-010425-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, wells fargo bank, n.a. is the Plaintiff, and joseph dever; phylisa dever; moments of truth, llc, as trustee of the 13158 baltimore woods family ; aqua finance, inc.; unknown tenant #1 n/k/a loazada blair, are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Lydia Gardner, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 13 day of June, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
lot 1, block 145, meadow woods village 7, phase 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 16, page 60, of the public records of orange county, florida.
any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
