NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 28, 2013 and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-016824-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2006-3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3 is the Plaintiff and JOSE A. BURGOS; LUCIA E. BURGOS; TENANT #1; HUNTER'S CREEK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 05/28/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
