PHILLIPS; NOVELLO T. PENICK; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NOVELLO T. PENICK; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR WELLS FARGO BANK, NA DBA WELLS FARGO HOME EQUITY; TUCKER OAKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TUCKER OAKS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1, and TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 05/06/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
