NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2008-CA-010159, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and HUGO A. RIZO A/K/A HUGO ALEXANDER RIZO, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE A/K/A LUIS BRESNO, VERONICA A. RIZO A/K/A VERONICA A. SOTO, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VERONICA A. RIZO A/K/A VERONICA A. SOTO and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HUGO A. RIZO A/K/A HUGO ALEXANDER RIZO IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 6th day of August, 2013, at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 146, HUNTCLIFF PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51 AT PAGES 48-51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
