NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 27th day of March 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-04658, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein HSBC MORTGAGE CORPORATION (USA) is the Plaintiff and EMMANUEL CHERY, CITIFINANCIAL EQUITY SERVICES, INC., SHEELER OAKS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EMMANUEL CHERY and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A KARLINE DIVERT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 27th day of May 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 56, SHEELER OAKS PHASE THREE B, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF, AS DESCRIBED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 149, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
