NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-008175-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and ROBERT LEDEE; RIO PINAR LAKES HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; ROBERT LEDEE, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF SANTOS LEDEE; UNKNOWN HEIRS AND/OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF SANTOS LEDEE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 22nd day of April, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, RIO PINAR LAKES UNIT III-B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 53 AND 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
