NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-009124 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and LUZ I. COLLAZOS, CENTRAL PARK A METROWEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., HOLLAND COMMERCIAL POOLS, INC., METROWEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., SALOMON RICARDO CANCHOLA A/K/A RICARDO CANCHOLA and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A DANIELA GAVIRIS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 25th day of April, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 203, BUILDING 6124, CENTRAL PARK, A METROWEST CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8076, PAGE 3783, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
