NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of December, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2008-CA-026937, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S BANK ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION CORP. 2006-FRE1, ASSET BACK PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FRE1 is the Plaintiff and MELANIE DAVIDSON A/K/A MELANIE CAROLINE DAVIDSON, AMERICAN GENERAL HOME EQUITY, INC., JEFFREY DAVIDSON A/K/A JEFFREY SCOTT DAVIDSON and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 23rd day of April, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 50, WATERFORD LAKES TRACT N7 PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 119, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
