NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 1st day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 024780 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and SHANNA C. NEWLAND A/K/A SHANNA CLARISA THOMAS, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY, NIGEL NEWLAND and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 26th day of April, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

lot a: a portion of the north 48.75 feet of the east 160 feet of lot 1, plat of “red gate”, plat book q page 14 of the public records of orange county, florida; together with a portion of the east 160 feet of the south 80 feet of the west 415.56 feet of the northwest 1/4 of section 14, township 22 south, range 28 east; together with a portion of the east 14.22 feet of the south 1/2 of the southwest 1/4 of the northwest 1/4, lying west of red gate road and being more particularly described as follows:
commence at the northwest corner of the southwest 1/4 of section 14, township 22 south, range 28 east; thence east for 240 feet along the north line of said southwest 1/4 to the point of beginning of the following described parcel of land; thence north 80.90 feet; thence east 174.22 feet, to the west right of way line of red gate road, the last 2 described courses being coincident with the west and north lines of the said east 160 feet of the south 80 feet, of the west 400 feet; thence south 80.0 feet along the west right of way of red gate road; thence west along the right of way of red gate road for 14.22 feet, (field measured 13.93 feet), the last 2 described courses being coincident with the east and south lines of the said east 14.22 feet of the south 1/2 of the southwest 1/4 of the northwest 1/4; thence south 48.75 feet along the west right of way line of red gate road; thence west 160.0 feet (field measured 160.11 feet); thence north 48.75 feet along the west line of the east 160.0 feet of said lot 1 to the point of beginning
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
