NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 48-2012-CA-009710-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 23rd day of April, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, ALABAMA COURT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK V, PAGE 121, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA;
ALSO DESCRIBED AS: THE NORTH 70 FEET OF THE SOUTH 570 FEET, LESS THE WEST 150 FEET, OF THE WEST ONE-QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 23 SOUTH, RANGE 29 EAST. SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT OVER THE WEST 30 FEET OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY LYING AND BEING IN ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
