NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 28, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-018193-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Myrna De Jesus a/k/a Myrna DeJesus; Unknown Spouse of Myrna De Jesus a/k/a Myrna DeJesus; The Element at Metrowest Condominium Association, Inc.; Metrowest Master Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 2nd day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 414, BUILDING 2185, (A/K/A BUILDING 4), OF THE ELEMENT AT METROWEST, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN O. R. BOOK 8969, PAGE 4217, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
