NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 26, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-016694-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Successor Trustee to Bank of America, N.A., as Successor to Lasalle Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the GSAA Home Equity Trust 2006-14, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series GSAA 2006-14 is the Plaintiff and Gustavo Moronta; Adriana L. Moronta; Long Lake Villas Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 30th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3A, OF LONG LAKE VILLAS PHASE 1A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 20 AND 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
