NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-027508-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR13 TRUST, is Plaintiff, and SHEREE LINES, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2 and the East 15 feet of Lot 1 of MAITLAND PARK SOUTH, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page(s) 46, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Together with:
West 10 feet of the East 25 feet of Lot 1, Maitland Park South according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 46, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
