Final Judgment was awarded on March 18, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 2012-CA-005563-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A is the Plaintiff, and, pablo francisco hofle; unknown spouse of pablo francisco hofle; unknown tenant #1 n/k/a Christopher dixon; unknown tenant #2 n/k/a shirley dixon; any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants.

begin 120 feet west of the northeast corner of the northeast 1/4 of the southeast 1/r of section 15, township 21 south, range 28 east; run south 75 feet, thence run west 20.70 feet to the easterly right of way of state road s-424(apopka boulevard) thence run northwesterly along said right of way 92.73 feet to a point west of the point of beginning, thence run east 76 feet to the point of beginning, all lying and being in orange county, florida
