NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 2, 2013 in Civil Case No. 48-2010-CA-023695-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein SunTrust Bank, is the Plaintiff and JAMES ROONEY, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 7th day of May, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 1132, Plantation Park Private Residences, a condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof thereof recorded in Official Records Book 8252 Page 2922, as amended from time to time, as recorded in Condominium Book 37, Pages 50 through 81, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
