NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 7, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-014504-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein SunTrust Bank is the Plaintiff and DORA E. SALAS, at al, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6th day of May, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 12, WOODBURY PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 48 AND 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
