Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order dated March 26, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-003637 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Robert W. Kingsbury, Jr. a/k/a Robert W. Kingsbury a/k/a Robert Kingsbury, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant(s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Barbara T. Scott, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM on May 15, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgement, to-wit:
LOT 46, BLOCK 793, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 28, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 21A THRU 21B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA
