Kingsbury, Jr. a/k/a Robert W. Kingsbury a/k/a Robert Kingsbury, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant(s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Barbara T. Scott, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM on May 15, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgement, to-wit:
