NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-2400-CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDER OF NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2003-4 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-4 is the Plaintiff and THERESA LOBB, A SINGLE WOMAN; are the Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash ONLINE AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11AM EST on the day of May 16, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, BLOCK 2314, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 20, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 10A THROUGH 10F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
