NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09002728CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWMBS, INC. CWMBS REPERFORMING LOAN REMIC TRUST CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R2 is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS DEVISEES BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEE AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTERST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF GARY JOSEPH WILLIS, DECEASED; SONDRA G. KILLIAN; ANDREW WILLIS; DANIEL L. WILLIS; BANK OF AMERICA, N. A.; are defendants. . I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 30 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 1436, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 27, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 20A THROUGH 20F, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
