NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of April, 2009, and entered in Case No. 0802834CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse, the lobby on the 3RD Floor of the Courthouse Annex,
3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 29th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 1/2 LOT 118 AND LOT 119, WILLOUGHBY ACRES, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 24 THROUGH 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
