NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 28, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 003582, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-7 is Plaintiff and MICHAEL E. NIEMIEC; GLORIA J. NIEMIEC F/K/A GLORIA J. MERIGO; VALENCIA LAKES AT ORANGETREE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE LOBBY ON THE THIRD floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 29 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK C, VALENCIA LAKES, PHASE 3-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37 AT PAGES 93-97 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
