NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 4, 2013, entered in Case No. 12-CA-3236 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the Holders of MASTR Adjustable Rate Mortgages Trust 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and Pedro C. Bello; Juana L. Bello; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Countrywide Bank, N.A.; Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Silvio Pino; Unknown Tenant #2 n/k/a Reyna Pino are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, third floor, lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail, East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 1 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 63, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 19, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 77 AND 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
