NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 26, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-011571 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and REBEKAH L. BOOS; JARED BOOS; RIVER'S EDGE HOMWOWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF MANATEE COUNTY, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 26th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 86, RIVERS EDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 1 THROUGH 6, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
