NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated April 2, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-003247 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the C-BASS Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-CB8, Plaintiff and Robert C. Sanford and Deborah A. Sanford, His Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on May 2, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK A, INDIAN SPRINGS SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 15 AND 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
