NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 8, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-006276 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and DOUGLAS E. THURMOND; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DOUGLAS E. THURMOND; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 N/K/A JOHN DOE, and TENANT #2 N/K/A JANE DOE are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 11 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
