NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 8, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41 2008 CA 000539 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION JPMAC 2007-CH1 is the Plaintiff and GERARDO ORTEGA; MARIA E. GONZALEZ; CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; COUNTRY OAKS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 11 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
