NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 8, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-010189 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR14 is the Plaintiff and NICHOLAS A SALERNO A/K/A NICHOLAS SALERNO; JENNIFER C. SALERNO; SUNTRUST BANK; GREYHAWK LANDING PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 11 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
