GAITANIS; BRYAN A. GAITANIS; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; RIVER PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 11 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
