NOTICE is given pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered by the Court on the 30th day of January 2013 in Civil Action No. 2012 CA 007528 NC of the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, in which HARRY B. GRABOW, M.D., SHELLEY GRABOW, HBC PROPERTIES OF SARASOTA, LLC, AND THE MEDICAL CENTER OF SARASOTA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. al., are the Defendants and SUNTRUST BANK is the Plaintiff, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online foreclosure sale to be conducted via the Clerk's website at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with ยง45.031, Florida Statutes, at 9:00 a.m. on the 30th day of April, 2013, the following described real property set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
Suite A, Building F, PHASE II, THE MEDICAL CENTER OF SARASOTA, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium as filed in Official Record Book 1614, Page 1937, et. seq., and per Amendment thereto, as filed in Official Record Book 1650, Page 2097, et seq., of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, and as per the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 21, Page 5 through 5D, and as per Amendment thereto, as filed in Condominium Plat Book 21, Page 45 through 45F, all of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. TOGETHER WITH all of assets of Harry B. Grabow, M.D., P.A., including but not limited to all accounts, inventory, furniture, fixtures, equipment, goods, deposit accounts, instruments, documents, commercial tort claims, letter of credit rights, investment property, chattel paper and general intangibles.
