NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18, 2013 in the above action, the Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Sarasota, Florida, on April 23, 2013, at 9:00 A.M., at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
Lots 38, 39 & 40, Block 10, Beverly Terrace subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, page 16, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
