Notice is hereby given that on May 9, 2013 at 9:00 a.m., at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Karen Rushing, Clerk of the Sarasota Circuit Court, will offer for sale and sell at public outcry, one by one, to the highest bidder for cash, the property located in Sarasota County, Florida, as follows:
LOT 11, BLOCK 1840, FORTIETH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE(S) 41, 41A THROUGH 41E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 1, 2013, in the above-styled cause, pending in said Court.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
