NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 1, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 005295 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and Wayne Osher, Wayne Osher, As Trustee U/A Dated 6-30-04; Crooked Creek Owners Association Inc.; and Unknown Tenant(s), are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on May 1, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Situate in the County of Sarasota and State of Florida, to-wit:
Unit 3264, Crooked Creek, Section 6, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in OR Book 1674, Pages 1994 through 2060, as amended, and according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 22, Pages 21, 21A through 21E as amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
