NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 1, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 012979 SC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC1, Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST MICHAEL D. SIMEK, DECEASED; VICKIE ANN SIMEK A/K/A VICKIE A. SIMEK, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL D. SIMEK, DECEASED; BEVERLY L. SIMEK, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL L. MARKS, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 N/K/A ROBERT EDDINGTON are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 6th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
