NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 1, 2013 and entered in Case No. 58-2012-CA-008225 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2006-FRE2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FRE2 is the Plaintiff and JOHN M. CONOVER A/K/A JOHN CONOVER A/K/A JOHN MICHAEL CONOVER; LISA A.
