Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a final judgment of foreclosure in the above-captioned action, The Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as follows:
Unit 202, FRUITVILLE PROFESSIONAL VILLAS, a Commercial Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records as Instrument #2005086732, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 37, Page 38, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
at public sale, in the presence of the Plaintiff, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on the 9th day of May, 2013, at 9:00 a.m., pursuant to the terms of the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
