NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated April 1, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-005309-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee successor by merger to LaSalle Bank NA as trustee for Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates WMALT Series 2006-7 Trust, Plaintiff and Charlotte M. Dragin a/k/a Charlotte Dragin are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KAREN E. RUSHING, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on May 6, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 30 FEET OF LOT 46, AND LOT 45, LESS THE WEST 40 FEET, BLOCK 941, THIRTY-EIGHTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 5, 5A THROUGH 5B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
