NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 2, 2013 and entered in Case No. 58 2010 CA 001944 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC1, Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered, is the Plaintiff and SHAWN KENNEDY; LEISA KENNEDY; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 10 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
