NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 2, 2013 and entered in Case No. 58-2010-CA-001689 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR CHASE MORTGAGE FINANCE CORPORATION MULTI-CLASS MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-2 is the Plaintiff and PAMELA D RISTAU A/K/A PAMELA RISTAU; MARK RISTAU; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; LONGWOOD RUN COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; LONGWOOD RUN SUBDIVISION ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 10 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
