NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 015732 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AFC TRUST SERIES 1999-4 is the Plaintiff and JOHNNIE WEBB JR. A/K/A JOHNNIE L. WEBB; MRC RECEIVABLES CORP.; PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 1st day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 12, FIRST ADDITION TO NEWTOWN, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 53 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH 1/2 OF THE VACATED ALLEY ADJACENT THERETO, AS SHOWN IN RESOLUTION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 820, PAGE 71.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
