NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 1, 2013, and entered in Case No. 58-2008-CA-020024-NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and CHRISTINA RODRIGUEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTINA RODRIGUEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; SERENADE ON PALMER RANCH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNWON TENANT (S); JANE DOE N/K/A NARA FERNANDEZ; PALMER RANCH MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on the 6th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 105, IN BUILDING 9, OF SERENADE ON PALMER RANCH CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION AND THE EXHIBITS ANNEXED THERETO, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2005045834, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
