NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 1, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 008312 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC is Plaintiff and MARIO A. WHITE A/K/A MARIO WHITE; MARIO A. WHITE, AS TRUSTEE OF THE MARIO A. WHITE AND NANCY A. NELSON-WHITE TRUST; NANCY A. NELSON-WHITE A/K/A NANCY A. WHITE A/K/A NANCY WHITE; NANCY A. NELSON-WHITE, AS TRUSTEE OF THE MARIO A. WHITE AND NANCY A. NELSON-WHITE TRUST; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SUNTRUST BANK; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on the 8th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 1746, 34TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
