NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated April 3, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-020489-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association, Plaintiff and Daniel Stephen Craig a/k/a Daniel S. Craig, Individually and as Personal Representative of the Estate of John M. Paris a/k/a John M. Paris, Jr., Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KAREN E. RUSHING, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on May 15, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 788, TWELFTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION WITHIN SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
